I've been creating delicious goodies for the past 10 years. When I was a little girl, my great aunt Eleanor taught me to bake cookies and other confections in her antique Easy bake oven and I fell in love with baking. Upon graduating high school, I enrolled in the Baking and Pastry program at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI.
After earning my degree, I became the Bakery Manager at Ocean Coffee Roasters in Newport before deciding to move back to Cape Cod and start a business of my own. I then started a little business called Goodies to go where I specialized in birthday cakes and gift baskets. As the business grew so did the variety of options I offered, which then made the business turn into what it is today, Baker’s Dozen.
